Returns & Exchanges

At Swiss Arabian Global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards in the beauty industry, we can only accept returns on items in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original box and shipping carton, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Send the package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item to confirm it is unopened, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
